Trained as an architect, Emilie Ettori began drawing the different neighborhoods of her hometown, Lyon, with the idea of creating a portrait of the places she particularly loves. Other cities followed, chosen based on encounters, inspirations, and the architecture of the places. All the drawings are done by hand, directly in ink using a fine pen, in her studio in Lyon. They are then reproduced on posters, tote bags, notebooks, and small stationery items, with a constant focus on choosing high-quality fabrics and papers, made in France whenever possible.
