An island of freshness in the enchanting setting of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, the new Justin bar is intended to be closer to the general public: with a dish of the day + gourmet coffee at €16, the Guillermin brothers have not skimped on the quality of the products, since you will still find the beautiful pieces of meat and fish that have made their cuisine so successful, as well as a love of healthy gastronomy (their poke-bowls, which you should try as a matter of urgency) and freshness!
